Support SVEN AVR PRO 5000 and 8000: the Main Thing is not to Overvoltage
After appearance of new domains the load in the line and substation increases only, the current hops and the home appliances fail to operate. Automatic voltage regulators, such as SVEN AVR PRO 5000 and 8000 (as well as AVR PRO 10000editor's note).

The devices are designed to protect equipment within the office, an apartment or even within the whole cottage. They are characterized by the power from 5,000 to 10,000 VA and can be wall mounted, due to which you can avoid obstructing the required space with excess gadgets.

Both models have black painted thick metal cases that show the best correlation with the fire safety regulations. It is significant that automatic voltage regulators cannot be connected to ordinary sockets, because their power is higher. Special terminals and cables are used for this purpose, and this work must be done by qualified electricians only.

But in service, fortunately, these items are maximum simple and no special knowledge is required for this. After connection, you need only to put the toggle switch in ON position. The red button controls the turn-on delay: if it is not pressed, the voltage will be supplied to devices in 5 seconds, otherwise – in 180 seconds. This function is designed to protect specialized equipment with electric motors.

An indicator displays output and input voltage values: the output voltage value is displayed with even lighting, but the input voltage value with blinking. No more settings are required.

It should be pointed out that both models are designed to support the equipment operation with low input voltage, for this purpose four increasing stages with sufficient fine adjustment are envisaged. Within 150–250 V input voltage range the accuracy makes ±6.5 %, and the connected equipment operates normally with 140–270 V voltage supply, this is a very worth-while result.

Actuation time is insignificant: a transient process takes 4-6 milliseconds on the average, so even sensitive devices “will not notice” any mains failure.

That is why SVEN automatic voltage regulators of the AVR PRO line (5000, 8000 and 10000editor's note) are suited perfectly for complex protection of equipment in an office, ordinary apartment or in a separate house.
