The software called SVEN and intended for downloading to mobile devices is defined as "Mobile Application".
The digital content distribution system of Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) where the Mobile Application has been uploaded is defined as the “App Store”.

"Mobile Device" means a device such as a smartphone or tablet that can be used to install the Mobile Application.
"Feedback" means the information sent by the User, which consists of reviews or suggestions regarding the functionality of the Mobile Application. “User” may be either an individual who has access to or uses the Mobile Application or a legal entity on whose behalf an individual has access to or uses the Mobile Application.
To use the functions of the Mobile Application, you must accept and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. Please, read the document before you start using the application.
The Mobile Application allows to wirelessly connect to SVEN PS-710, PS-770 and PS-800 audio systems and also to configure and control these audio systems. Besides, you will receive notifications about available software updates and links to the developer's website to download new versions.

The Mobile Application, its functionality and content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Mobile Application is the exclusive property of the Developer and its licensors.
The Developer's trademarks and corporate identity may not be used in other services or products without the written consent of the Developer.
The User grants the Developer a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, disclose, sublicense, distribute and modify the provided feedback.
Possibility of switching to other resources. The Mobile Application contains the possibility to switch to third-party websites or services that are not controlled or owned by the Developer.
The User acknowledges and agrees that the Developer is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or actions of such third party websites or services. The Developer is not responsible for any possible loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on information, products or services provided on or through such websites or services.

The Mobile Application is provided on an "AS IS" basis, with all faults and errors, without any guarantees. The Developer and its respective licensors expressly disclaim all guarantees, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and title, that may arise in the course of dealing, usage, or trade practice under applicable law.
The Developer shall not be liable for the compliance of the Mobile Application with the User's requirements or for the achievement of the intended results. It does not guarantee compatibility or uninterrupted operation with other software, applications, systems or services. The Developer does not promise that the application will meet performance or reliability standards, is free of errors, or that errors will be fixed.
The handling of confidential information and the use of the Mobile Application by Users is regulated by the country's legislation. The Developer reserves the right to amend or replace the Privacy Policy at its sole discretion at any time. In case of significant changes, the Developer shall notify Users 30 days before the new terms come into force. The assessment of the significance of changes remains at the discretion of the Developer.
The Users who do not agree with the new terms in whole or in part must stop using the Mobile Application. The User agrees to be bound by the revised terms by using the Mobile Application after the changes come into force.
