Rapid development of information technologies exerted an influence on communication between people dramatically. Nowadays it is not necessary to overcome long distances to see relatives or to hold a presentation for business partners. Suffice it to use a specialized software, for example, Skype. The supplied web camera is packed in a neat stylized box. Some features are mentioned in the front box surface: the device operates without drivers on the “plug-and-play” principle; 5-lens optics and the software support with resolution capability up to 8 megapixels are declared as well. We would like to mention a very good design of SVEN IC-920 and its steel case surface.

There is the snapshot button on the device top, when it pressed you will get a photo capture.

Its support is very convenient, you can position the device with its help as you like. Unfortunately, such a mounting clip is of the little use for a notebook, but nothing will prevent you to position the device on the table.

The main part of the camera is fixed on a hinge, which allows you to feel more confidently during positioning.

The camera can be focused manually by means of a ring; the metal ring rotation is smooth and soft.

Operation

The quality of snapshots is up-to-the-mark for such devices, it should be remembered that the main task of a web camera is to transmit video. The first snapshot represents objects without additional illumination, but the second one – with the daylight lamp.

At the well fair price we get a stylish product. In spite of the low-cost sector the producer did not begrudge for materials and used steel, which promoted the device reliability. The quality of snapshots and video is quite at the level for a web camera of such type.
